Our Vibe spinning classes are one of our most popular classes we run. Be prepared to be worked to the limit with a high energy workout guaranteed to make your sweat !

If you need a more lower pace session why not try our Yoga or Pilates sessions to calm the mind and increase flexibility.

Make sure you book early as our classes have limited numbers and are booked up quickly.

Hatha Yoga

6 People Per Session 

One of the most important lessons to be learned from yoga is the art of balance. Physical balance is an important part of this style but it also helps to balance emotions and calm the mind. This class seeks to give you a little of everything as it includes different styles of yoga.

X - Train

6 People Per Session 

Circuits! Tour the gym and enjoy the different activities you will be doing at each station in this full body workout class!
Be prepared to get sweating!

Vibe

6 People Per Session 

Expect an incredibly fun fitness experience with Vibe Cycle. Upbeat, motivating and high energy, these classes are focused on music and rhythm and torch fat.
Be prepared to sweat!

Abs & Core

6 People Per Session 

Challenge & strengthen your core, using the foundations of Yoga, Calisthenics, Pilates and weights. You'll build strength and endurance while toning the muscles of the body. Come prepared to sweat and to challenge yourself!

Booty Building

6 People Per Session 

All about the booty! Expect an entire lower body workout. Expect a mix of controlled pulses to full muscle engagement (think lunges, squats, bootcamp style)
Both men and women welcome!

Pilates

6 People Per Session 

Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness. Pilates will focus on precision, control and co-ordination while giving you a total body toning experience.

LBT

6 People Per Session 

Half an hour of high intensity abs, glutes and legs. Lift, sculpt, strengthen and tone

Box Fit

6 People Per Session 

Fitness made fun. Box Fit is a high intensity workout that will keep you moving all class. Be prepared to learn combos like your 1's and 2's with bursts of cardio in between.

PiYo

6 People Per Session 

This class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates. You can expect a combination of different yoga postures fused with Pilates.
